In their exhibition, artists Silja Yvette and Marie Rief critically question the role of technology and innovation in relation to humans and the environment. Their works open a dialogue about the limits of technologies as a solution and their exhausting phenomena. Marie Rief translates the theme of fatigue into a technical medium in exhausting 9J24B2Q, while Silja Yvette explores the influence of mass production and material culture in Metaphysics of Core Matter. In all the works of the exhibition, there is, in various ways, an interplay between image and object, a spectrum of extensions of the photographic medium.
